Jen and I went all over Alexandria for her bridal portraits.  She was so much fun to work with, and I really think it shows in her portraits!  The day was complete with a sweet lady coming out of her home to chat after noticing us from her kitchen window and a little girl running up to give Jen a flower. “Mommy, Mommy!  I found a princess!”  What a fun day!

I’ve known the Fontenot family for about three years, and I was so excited when James asked me to take their family photos!  This shoot was about five months in the making — going back and forth with busy schedules for us both. But the wait was worth it!  Great weather and amazing girls make for fun photos! So I present to you James and his gorgeous daughters, Paris, Lauren, Christian, and Aliah…

Recently, I had the great opportunity to work with the Husband family and take some portraits in this gorgeous Autumn weather.  We decided to meet up in Manassas at the Battlefield Park.  Tyler, Ada, and Christian are so adorable and made it very easy to get great pictures!

I recently had the wonderful privilege to photograph an engagement session for my roommate, Elisabeth, and  her fiancé, Tim.  They met through church about two years ago and he asked her out on a date — on an index card.  It said, “Will you go out with me?”  With a box for  “yes” and another box for “definitely.”  🙂  They’ve been dating ever since, and he recently asked her to be his wife!

A year after Jake and Alexis’ wedding, we decided to go up to Staunton for some portraits.  They wanted some fun extra shots of the two of them, and I wanted to film a shoot to show a unique “behind the scenes” look (coming soon!)  I am thrilled with how these images turned out!  Enjoy!
